Diamond End Grain Designer

Privacy policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026

Built By The Butts provides Diamond End Grain Designer.

Designs

The designer saves your current design and preferences in storage on your device. Saving a project, exporting, and printing are handled on your device. Your designs stay on your device and are not automatically sent to us. If you email us a project file or screenshot for support, we receive only what you choose to send.

PRO purchases and activation

Lemon Squeezy handles PRO checkout and payment. To activate PRO, you provide your purchase email, license key, and a device name. Our service uses those details to verify your purchase and activation with Lemon Squeezy. The designer does not ask you to enter payment-card details.

Cookies and hosting

PRO uses encrypted access cookies on your device to keep your license active between visits. One cookie may last up to one year; a shorter access cookie lasts up to 15 minutes. Cloudflare hosts and protects the service and may process routine technical request information, such as an IP address. We do not use visitor analytics or advertising trackers.

Support

If you email us, we use your email address and the information you provide to answer your question, help with your license, or handle a refund request.

Your choices

You can clear locally saved designs and cookies through your browser settings; clearing PRO cookies may require you to activate again. To ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of information we hold, email support@diamondendgraindesigner.com. Some purchase or support records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.

Service providers and updates

We use Cloudflare to host the service and Lemon Squeezy for purchases and license verification. Their services have their own privacy policies: Cloudflare privacy policy (opens in a new tab) and Lemon Squeezy privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

We’ll update this policy if our practices change.
